I purchased this product because it has an E-mark certificate. However there are several differences between the specifications from the E-mark certificate and the actual product received: Mismatching electrical specifications: - Rated Voltage: 12 V (13.5 V during tests)
- Rated Power: 1.8 W - Actual Power(13.5 V): 0.3 W - Actual Power(24.2 V): 1.3 W - Actual Rated Voltage(1.8 W): 28 V This product is not sutable for vehicles that operate their auxiliary systems at 12V.

1. the E-mark certificate number and real products E-mark number is is the same , both are E24 50R-000169 ,please check the attachment
2. about the Voltage .The standard operating voltage for our system is typically 12V. While operation at voltages both below and above 12V is permissible within a specified tolerance range, it is important to note that utilizing a 24V power source, though feasible for temporary illumination, is not recommended for prolonged usage. Such excessive voltage application may result in permanent damage to the lighting components due to voltage overload.
Generally, when we install the lights on the vehicle and start it, sometimes when the accelerator is pressed, a sudden high voltage will come. Usually, there will be a 15-16V high voltage. Therefore, the normal 12V turn signal lights will slightly reduce the voltage to ensure that the sudden voltage does not cause the turn signal lights to broken
